A purchase didn't show up. How do I restore it?
Purchases are credited to your account, not just your device. Force-quit and relaunch GeomStorm — the game re-checks pending purchases with Apple on every launch, so interrupted purchases (poor connection, app closed mid-transaction) complete themselves. If geoms are still missing after a relaunch on a working connection, email us.
When do the daily and weekly challenges reset?
The daily challenge rolls over at midnight local time, verified against our game-time server. The weekly challenge resets every Monday. And no — winding your device clock backward won't grant extra attempts. We checked.
How do I move my progress to a new device?
GeomStorm backs up your progress to your pseudonymous online account. On the new device, use the account-link option in Settings to restore your geoms, unlocks, and scores.
How do refunds work?
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple too: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase. We can't issue App Store refunds directly.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. GeomStorm has no forced ads — that's a design pillar. Rewarded videos exist only as an option you can choose, for bonus geoms or a continue, and they're non-personalized.
